CrunchyMamaDFW (crunchymamadfw.com) is run by Lauren Cain. This page explains what information the site collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.
Information you share with me
When you sign up for the newsletter, I collect your email address (and your name, if you provide it). The newsletter is managed through Mailchimp, and you can unsubscribe anytime using the link at the bottom of any email.
When you submit an event through the Add Your Event form, I collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, business or organization, and event information. I use this to review and list your event and to follow up with you if needed.
If you email me directly, I'll have your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, like which pages are popular, how people find the site, and general location (city or region, not your exact address). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. It does not tell me who you are.
If you'd like to opt out of Google Analytics, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
The site is hosted on Webador, which may also collect basic technical information like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

This site is written for parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
